How Our Mobile Notary Process Works
Getting your documents notarized with us is straightforward. Here is what to expect from your first contact through the completed appointment.
Step 1 — Contact Us
Call us or submit a request online. Tell us what documents you need notarized, where you are located, and when you need the appointment. We'll confirm availability and provide a full quote for the appointment.
Step 2 — Confirm the Details
Before we arrive, we'll confirm the document type, the number of signatures required, and any special requirements such as witnesses or specific ID requirements. This prevents errors and ensures your signing goes smoothly the first time.
Step 3 — We Come to You
At the scheduled time, we arrive at your location with our notary seal, journal, and all necessary supplies. You bring your unsigned documents and valid government-issued photo ID.
Step 4 — Identity Verification
California law requires notaries to verify the identity of signers. We'll review your ID, confirm it matches the name on the documents, and record the transaction in our official notary journal.
Step 5 — The Signing
We guide you through where to sign, initial, and date the documents. Once all signatures are in place, we apply our official notary seal and complete the notarial certificate. Your documents are now legally notarized.
Important: Do Not Sign Before We Arrive
Documents must be unsigned when we arrive. A notary must witness the signature being made. Pre-signed documents cannot be notarized.
